How To Make A List Of Goals And Actions To Propel You To Them

p.124 "Most people only work enough so that it feels like work, whereas successful people work at a pace that gets such satisfying results that work is a reward."
He suggests logging every minute of your time. Find out where you waste your time.
p.138 Ask customers why they did not buy.
"Brands that truly deliver customer satisfaction do not talk about customer service, they focus on customer acquisition. Emerging organizations first need people to know about them, then do everything they can to make them happy."
Make an initial list of goals, then a list of actions that will help propel you towards your goals.
  1. Do not reduce your goals as you write them.
  2. Do not get lost in the details of how to accomplish them at this point.
  3. Ask yourself, "What actions can I take today to move me towards these goals?"
  4. Take whatever actions you come up with - regardless of what they are or how they feel.
  5. Do not prematurely value the outcome of your actions.
  6. Go back each day and review the list.
